At Canoe Club, we want you to be completely satisfied with your curated selection. We offer returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include a copy of your packing slip to ensure efficient processing.

  Label and Ship

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via our portal to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or ship out your exchange within 5 business days.
